Can I order samples?

We do not send out samples at this time.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and Discover, and we also accept payment via PayPal. [Merchant's name will appear as HI(NY), LLC on PayPal.]  We do not accept personal checks.

How long does is take to ship?

For printed goods, it usually takes 1-3 weeks to process your custom order.

For digital goods, you will receive the complete product via email within 1-3 business days after the confirmation.

Transit times are provided by the carrier (USPS or UPS).

How much are the shipping fees?

We now offer $4.95 Flat Rate Shipping on all Ground USPS shipments.

We also use the following shipping methods:

• UPS Next Day Air

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. Shipping fees are determined by your order weight, destination and how fast you want your package delivered. 

What is your return and refund policy?

PRINTED GOODS:

All orders are charged in full at the time the order is placed. Additional rounds of proofs are $16 each unless there is an error on our part. Cancellations or refunds can not be accepted after final approval. The Butter is not responsible for any errors (such as typos etc.) once the proof is signed off. We are required to charge for a reprint if errors are found after final approval. If you cancel your order before final approval, you will be refunded the full amount less the pre specified amount. See chart below: 

DIGITAL GOODS:

Cancellations or refunds can not be accepted. Any changes on design are $16 per round unless there is an error on our part. 

PRINTED GOODS:

What kind of paper?

Unless noted, we print on white uncoated paper. It's high quality, heavy weight (#110) stock with a soft finish that we like.

What kind of printing?

We offer digital printing only. Please contact us for your special request.

Are these custom postage stamps real?

Yes, they are valid U.S. Postage. They will be printed by the USPS authorized vendor.

We will send you the completed order in 300dpi JPEG format.

Your privacy is important to us. We will never share, sell, give away or distribute any personal information in any way. Personal information we collect will solely be used for services requested. We use 256 bit SSL encryption technology, which means your credit card information cannot be stolen or hacked. We do not utilize cookies to keep customer information. Cookies are used solely to keep track of the shopping basket.
